APARTMENT SHARED WITH OTHER STUDENTS

The shared apartments are situated at 10/15 minutes by foot from the school. They are composed of 2 or 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kicthen with cooking facilities and some have a separate diningroom. They are well furnished and they have TV.
On request, there are some shared apartments that have the washing machine.

   INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS

They are private apartments, not shared, for 1, 2 persons or families. We have a big selection of independent apartments for 1, 2 persons or for families.
1 typology: 1 bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom, balcony or terrace;
2 typology: 2 bedrooms, kitchen/diningroom, 1 or 2 bathrooms,balcony or terrace;
3 typology: 3 bedrooms, kitchen/diningroom, 1 or 2 bathrooms,balcony or terrace.
Some of these apartments are situated in the modern area of the town and some in the historic centre in old buildings with views onto the cathedral, over the rooftops and the sea.

All the accommodation are walking distance from the school and they are 2-3 rooms apartments with kitchen and bathroom and some have a balcony/terrace or garden.
Adding fee (forfait) for final cleaning of the room, changing of the sheets, gas, water, electricity: 30 €. Towels and heating (on request) are not included in the price.
Security deposit for all the apartments 90 €. This deposit will be refunded on your departure.
Housing reservations run from the Sunday evening before the start of the course to the Saturday morning (within 9.00 a.m.) at the end of the course. Different arrival or departure days only on special request.
