AND BREKFASTS IN OTRANTO
The family B&B is situated at 10 minutes by foot from the school in
the beautiful countryside. It is ideal for people looking for peace and
relax.
This restful accommodation comprises triple rooms, double rooms and single
rooms, each with it's bathroom, colour television, and tea and coffee
making facilities. All the rooms overlook the garden and face south-east,
enjoying the morning sun. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning
and have private entrance. The Italian breakfast is served in the spacious
and elegant hall in colder months and in the garden, under an ivy pergola,
in the summer.
Bed and Breakfast has it's own private drive so there is ample secure
car parking.

IN OTRANTO
The hotel is a 3 stars-superior category situated in the heart of the
town at 5 minutes by foot from the school.
The bedrooms are provided of all comforts (Tv satellite, air-conditioning,
fridge).
LUXURY
VILLAS IN SALENTO
The villas lie in a large park in the centre of the town of Otranto. The
villas are surrounded by a mediterranean garden with a lawn, sweet-smelling
and flowering plants, olive trees, palm trees and pinewood.
DESCRIPTION: living-room with dining area and kitchen with washingmachine
with access to the large panoramic terrace. The terraces have relaxation
areas with outdoor furniture and tables for dining outside. The villas
comprise 2 bathrooms and 2 or 3 bedrooms.
The Villas have been recently very carefully renovated with great attention
to detail, and they are furnished with antique and ethnic pieces.
 
 
VILLAS NEAR OTRANTO
All the villas are situated in the countryside and on the coast (where
there are situated the main beaches, restaurants, hotels) at maximum 5/10
km from Otranto; some have a swimmingpool and some a private beach.
They are composed of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, big garden with patio
and barbecue.
HOLIDAY FARMS and MASSERIE IN APULIA
A beautiful Puglia farmhouse that combines rustic charm and contemporary
comforts.
You can enjoy your breakfast in the shaded bower, where you’ll have
time to decide whether to rest on the edge of the pool or go to the sea,
ride horseback or a bicycle, walk between olive groves and country walls.
The garden, yes, with its orchard, olive trees inviting swimming pool
by the pergola tree and its peaceful location is also one of the house’s
strong points, as is the fact that the tranquility it affords does not
preclude any activity.
