Kurs für Liebehaber der Italienischen und Apulischen Küche
 In diesem Kochkurs, der 2 Tage dauert, können Sie die Zubereitung von Pasta wie Orecchiette, Pizzareddhi und von traditionellen Gerichten wie Tiella (Kartoffel-Reis-Gericht) erlernen. Weiters werden zusammen Muscheln und typisch apulisches Gemüse zubereitet und auch das Backen von typisch apulischen Süßpeisen werden Sie erlernen. Gerne gehen wir auch auf Ihre individuellen Wünsche ein. So können wir für Sie auch einen Spezialkochkurs zu einem bestimmten Thema organisieren, z.B. Vorspeisen, Nudeln oder Wild.
Das Programm:
- Typische Vorspeisen;
- Pasta (Orecchiette, Sagne Torte, Pizzareddhi);
- Fleisch-und Fischgerichte;
- Gemüse;
- Pizza und Bruschette;
- Süßpeisen;
Der Kurs ist in der Küche der Schule organisiert, der als Einzelunterricht oder als Gruppenunterricht angeboten wird. Die Kurse können
mit Sprachkursen an unserer Schule kombiniert werden.
DIE APULIENISCHE KÜCHE UND TRADITION
Im Betrieb werden antike und traditionelle Gerichte der Gegend serviert. Die Küche des Gehöfts ist hauptsächlich bäuerlich und benutzt zahlreiche Erzeugnisse "der Erde", die selbst angebaut wurden. Ausser den hausgemachten Orecchiette und Maccheroni mit Sauce oder mit Rübensprossen, sind auch Suppe aus Hülsenfrüchten, Gemüse, Saubohnenpüree mit Zichoriengemüse und Nudelgerichte mit Fisch unter den Spezialitäten. Als Hauptgericht kann man dann gegrilltes Fleisch, die typischen "Turcinieddi", gegrillte Fleischspiesse, Kaninchen oder Huhn mit Kartoffeln oder die typischen Brotklösse speisen. Rohes und gegartes Gemüse gibt es reichlich, da sie am Hof selbst angebaut werden, was, gerade wegen der Saisongebundenheit der Produkte, Frische und Unverfälschtheit garantiert. Man kann auch die Käsesorten des Betriebs ausprobieren wie Cacio-Ricotta, Ricotta, Ricotta forte, Pecorino. Der lokale Wein ist entweder rosé, rot oder weiss. Obst gibt es reichlich in vielerlei Sorten.  
Kursbeginn: jede Woche
Kursdauer: auf Anfrage des Teilnehmers
Lektionen: 2 Kurse pro Woche (Gesamt: 6 Stunden) oder
1 Kurs pro Woche (Gesamt: 3 Stunden). Die Teilnehmer Können auch
mehrkurse Lektionen pro Woche nehmen.
