Single rooms with private bathroom

All the rooms in Otranto are in the centre town and near the sea. The rooms are situated at 10/20 minutes by foot from the school.

Final cleaning: 35 euro. It includes also the changing of the sheets. You should bring your own towels.
Air-conditioning and heating are on request; they are not included in the price.

For all the holiday apartments in Otranto:

High season fee:

June and September: single room 50 € person/week; double room 35 € person/week.

July and August: single room 100 € person/week; double room 65 € person/week.

– A security deposit of 100 euro for all the apartments will be required; it will be refunded on your departure
– Housing reservations run from the Sunday evening before the start of the course to the Saturday morning (9.00) at the end of the course. Different arrival or departure days only on special request.

Independent holiday apartments

They are private holiday apartments, not shared, for 1, 2 persons or families.

1 typology: 1 bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom, balcony or terrace;
2 typology: 2 bedrooms, kitchen/diningroom, 1 or 2 bathrooms,balcony or terrace;
3 typology: 3 bedrooms, kitchen/diningroom, 1 or 2 bathrooms,balcony or terrace.

Some of these apartments are situated in the modern area of the town and some in the historic centre in old buildings with views onto the cathedral, over the rooftops and the sea.
